Acceptance
By downloading or using SpeedIsle ("the app"), you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA); if they conflict, Apple's standard EULA prevails.
Free trial
Tap "Start 15-day free trial" to begin. It's a free (0 price) in-app purchase confirmed with your Apple ID, and it unlocks every feature for 15 days. Each Apple ID can start the trial once; reinstalling or switching devices doesn't restart it. You won't be charged when it ends. Live speed, speed tests and device info stay free; the Dynamic Island, floating window, Home Screen widgets, usage statistics, data plan alerts, track recording and travel speed require a subscription or one-time purchase after the trial.
Purchases and subscriptions
You can choose a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase (lifetime). Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the current period ends and are charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel them any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; after canceling, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are as shown in the App Store and may vary by country or region. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Data accuracy
Speeds, traffic statistics and speed test results come from system interface counters and the test server, and are for reference only. They may differ from your carrier's bill or other tools, and traffic during events such as a restart may not be counted. Don't use the app's data for billing.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any direct or indirect loss from using the app, including data overage charges. Speed tests use data; keep an eye on your plan when testing over cellular.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated terms in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
